Features of Shu Guang Elementary School’s Programs
- We strongly support Chinese language teaching, placing importance on guiding our students’ reading and nurturing their writing skills.
- We emphasize teaching mathematics and science, using extracurricular supplementary teaching materials to meet student needs.
- We use group activities and teach music, arts and crafts, cultivate AI information literacy, pay attention to individual differences among students, and provide a wide range of smart learning activities.
- Foreign teachers teach our students American English with a focus on daily life conversation. We promote radio dramas to encourage our students to think about the creative process and they perform dramas they write and direct themselves, and they also learn about the cultures and societies of different countries online.We guide students’ listening, speaking, acting, and other performing arts activities, and they give vivid performances that are all their own work.We hold regular English vocabulary tests, TOEFL Primary Tests, and English science experience camps to improve students’ English proficiency.
